The FIN series is dedicated to production of extruded fin tubes, simple or bimetal, which are mainly used in production of heat exchangers. It is equipped with three rolling spindles driven by directly connected brushless motors. The FIN individualize the usage of discs for cold forming of tubes, which allows to easier transmit the heat of internal circulating fluid to the outside. Tubes production does not require high pressure, so FIN series force is ranging from 100 kN to 2400 kN.
翅片系列致力于生产轧制成型翅片管，材质为单一金属或双金属,主要用于生产热交换器。它配备了三个由无刷电机驱动的滚丝轴。翅片使圆盘的管冷成形方法个性化了,它使内部循环流体热量更容易传导到外部。管生产不需要高压,所以翅片管压力的范围是从100 kN - 2400 kN。
The FIN model is allowing for fast and precise plunge and throughfeed cold forming and it can be equipped with PLC or CNC control unit.
